they were always ontop of their game during service while also joking with us when we were at the bar seeing our relatives that live in town that came to visit

was amazing, the hotel is newer, location is perfect for walking for food or drinks, great little bar near reception

it's always safe, feels very clean, staff is really nice and the breakfast food was really good.

but it would've been nice to have a microwave in my room and a laundry facility for guests

coffee was served all day it was fresh and hot ,did not eat breakfast but we did check out the breakfast bar and everything looked real good presentation was

the spa bath slowly drained no matter what we did but we were still able to use it.

start off with i spent 704 dollars renting a room with a kitchenette since i was losing my home and had to bring my food with me

i had anything negative to say would be the kids running up and down hallways until 130am when i had to yell down the hall for them to go to

i also enjoyed the breakfast

one complaint: we didn't have enough flatware in our kitchen

i found the staff at the reception and in the kitchen really kind and professional

makes good sense to provide a working kitchen with frig with freezer, stove top, dishwasher and dishes and a dining table

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

room service was phenomenal and walking distances to everything downtown

only thing i didn't like was the kids playing on the elevator which wasn't to big of a deal but other than that it was a beautiful

shower in the bathroom has hot water at scalding temprature and that needs to be fixed so kids in the shower don't get

very clean and courteous staff. the breakfast bar is to die for.

we ended up just getting 1 bar from a nice housekeeper

the website made it look like there was an actual bar area, but it's just part of the bistro

they advertise a pool which is the only reason we stayed here because we had little kids that were promised to be able to swim however you had to be 14 to use the pool and it closed
