only was the accomodation and room service exceptionally clean and luxurious, but the staff, particularly luis and fabiana, went

no phones in the bedroom to talk to reception, or room service

-bed and pillows were so uncomfortable -no land line phone in the room to dial reception or room service instead an i phone is given to you call the reception

i could cook a full breakfast all week for the cost of one meal in their lobby
