when we arrived we were told the wifi wasn't working but no apology for that

work one part of the room and very dirty bathroom and cot was meant to be provided and wasn't and room service available but only if you went to the bar to order which defeated the point of room

201 television signal bad on some channels so may need to replace the antenna wifi signal often blips so this will need to be checked bathroom had a hint of cigarette smell

definitely a plus was the pub and kids play area.

with a 15month old we decided to have room service and the food was excellent

gastro bar over the road was a good option and the food was excellent, we ate there twice during our three

cannot fault anything,though perhaps bar prices could be reviewed

cooked breakfast was great, though fruit, yogurt and cereals would also have been nice, if they had been

comfortable hotel in a lovely old building with a lot of charm, lovely room, breakfast very nice

the bit my children loved the most was the swimming pool

pool was busy, lots of kids, but it was half term so can’t really expect anything else.

there is a top notch gym located at this hotel that people would be surprised to learn
