if a bit dated, staff are amazing, health centre - fantastic and a nice way to get rid of your kids to get some peace and quiet

swimming pool is open for kids only till 8pm on weekdays, and then 8-10pm is for adults only

myself and friend were at the bar until 2am and we met 2 lovely staff one called steve and the other jack

we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel & as an added bonus the bar shuts at 0200 hrs if you fancy a night cap

l asked twice they moved me straight away, unfortunately the room l was moved to was next to the bar so l was kept awake but bless them they moved me again to a better room away from the bar noise

at the same time reminding you of staying in a first class train carriage and i m sure if the bar and restaurant had of been able to open then that would added even more to the experience

and welcoming staff (i d arrived exhausted after an overnight flight and they quickly got me an early check in) (+) we called to ask for possibility of early check in as we been in haslemere a bit before time we planned (and was very hot on the day, (+)staff were super helpful throughout. managed early check in at 11:45 for me. wonderful room. (+) they offer early check in and early check out online which is convenient as not having to queue up
