the pool and the hot tub was not that clean

because of covid there was no use of the hot tub, pool or breakfast allowed

there was insufficient parking on site but we were able to park close by on the public street.

we had efficient check in, really friendly staff especially at the breakfast bar area

the bar for an after hours party and was not informed that drink prices would be nearly doubled

didn't like how one of the receptionist responded when i asked her if i could do a late check out

after being on the road for a few days it was good to do a bit of laundry

my mom (6 people total) and having two rooms with two bathrooms plus a central living area and kitchen was fantastic

everything was up to par in their suite. kids had an amazing time in the jacuzzi tub!

the hotel and rooms are scrupulously clean and there is a nice pool and jacuzzi

slipped twice in the shower because there was no tub mat, and the sugar/creamer in the coffee bar inside the room was pasty as though it had sat in water inside the packs

the building we were 4 hours away from home no other hotels were available there were scared kids &

made clear that a bottle of water was not complementary with a room $300/n, i could get water the gym, or buy it

we had just spent several days at some of the boutique hotels in santa barbara, and well the breakfast at hampton inn surpassed all of theirs by 100% hampton inn served tasty omelettes as well

the only downside was the breakfast. but it wasn’t a total deal breaker.
