easy access to the pool area and to the beach from our room

there were always a lot of people (adults and kids) but it never seemed overcrowded

room was great, large size, huge bathroom, comfy bed, kitchen with all essentials

there was a spider in the master room and a roach in the kitchen

they even arranged an early check in, being we came in on such an early flight

gym and wellness facilities were superb and spotless

the bar and bartenders were great as well

the gym had enough equipment to get a decent workout in

gym equipment was old and dirty and some of the machines did not work

liked the restaurant downstairs and outdoor bar facing the ocean

hotel was amazing, ate several times at the bar area

to monitor when some people lack basic social skills but pool etiquette & cleanliness could do with reinforcing

the staff were very accommodating and friendly. the pool was well kept when we used it.
