pool wasn't clean and food portions

the free breakfast was delicious overall everything was great

i am going to miss the morning breakfast and fresh juices

food from the restaurant is awesome, love the bbq fried chicken and the continental breakfast and oh my can't forget about the coffee

the gym was excellent, a limited amount of machines but great nonetheless

the rooftop bar could be open later. room service to order food for late arrivals

wouldn’t say i didn’t like but i wish they had a little more kids channel on the tv since i travel with my son

cleaner yesterday left dirty bedding laundry on floor next to bed all day

in my experience it is the first hotel demanding mandatory and accurate counts for laundry

equipments in the gym i had a hard time maneuvering them but the gym facility was quite clean and comfortable to work

the gym, salon and pool services were good too

while the reception area, upstairs bar and restaurant are ok, the room areas and rooms are not great

in kingston in a safe area very close to the car rental place modern and clean facilities, with room service close to emanicipation park a very nice place to stay in

it was supposed to be opened therefore 10year old son could not use thus facilitie, also the free wifi is only for one devise, therefore my son could not use the wifi, 2 facilities he could not use

i also appreciated the well equipped gym which i used during my stay

by great staff, all very friendly and allowed an early check in with a room upgrade

the lunch and dinner menus could use a bit more variety and maybe even a small kids menu would be a huge help (chicken tenders and cheese pizza goes a long way

servers were excellent, the young very slim lady wears yellow and black that works between the bar and the kitchen she was super always smiling, i'm planning a return trip to the hotel some time
