we were so impressed with the facilities, especially the fantastic bar, well-equipped gym, refreshing swimming pool, and relaxing sauna

pool close too early on christmas day and open too late on boxing day, but this is understandable

the way to spa facilities is a bit inconvenient because it is through main entrance.

connecting rooms made it easier to keep kids happy with their own tv and space

was on the top floor of the annex building where the shared wifi was too weak to be useful

having to pay by bank card for everything. took a lot of cash to let the kids spoil themselves.

the shower hose leaked so i got soaked when showering my kids and there was a very dangerous electrical socket in my room although it was hidden behind a

i recommend, if you have time to visit the spa and pool with it's unique victorian architecture

only negative criticism is that the bar wasn t open

now closes at 10pm instead of 11pm and there is now no overnight room service for refreshments

the was a large group with loads of kids and i could hear them running up and down until 1 am

the hotel's bar area featuring a pool table was a fun addition to our evening activities

modern bathroom facilities and clean though it was ground floor adjacent to building services & laundry facility and warm

laundry bags all over the place which is not the best view, in the morning to much noise night as

so couldn't shut it when i asked about having a jug of water for my room they said they didn't do room service but they had a breakfast order card in the room to order breakfast to the

room service was excellent

for us, with 2 small kids, been the best choice
