the room was clean, the beds comfortable & it was a nice strong shower (with bathtub for kids as well)

welcome from staff, room revamped to a lovely standard, large family room, kids felt like they had their own room through the archway

king bed with pullover bed additional kids bed and a cot neat and clean

including kids we were 4 so would have been good

i particularly liked the two single beds for the kids which were through the alcove in almost seperate room, it was ideal as my boys are 12 and 13

was not working today because we payed for late book out so we could have extra time in the spa but the jacuzzi was not

my only comment would be the wifi wasn't great it kept dropping but i was at the end of a

hotel was having a bit of a refurb so wifi was not at its best, staff opened an area for me so that i could get a better connection

one of the highlights was the breakfast - a great selection including a freshly prepared full english, vegetarian options,

this was the only thing really one of the juices was leaking onto the table whilst we were having breakfast which was unfortunate

i had room service both nights i stayed and the quality of the food was superb..

the spa and swimming pool was a real bonus

spa pool area there's a young blonde girl there that 10 / 10 with her service and rite attitude the

we were able to relax in the swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast was delicious

room service coming early and waking me up and again not long after when i was in the shower when

the pool and gym were v clean and accessible as were the rooms

we enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities on several occasions
