the wifi wasn t working

stayed for three days but there was no room service as room was not touched, tidied and teabags, milk and sugar tray were not stocked

good value, plenty of parking and good location off the motorway

check in process was easy and parking was plentiful

close to motorway, gym, train stations, shopping mall. cheerful, professional staff.

was the extra sofa bed felt bad for the kids because it was not very comfortable and the beddings in both beds was not

the staff at reception, restaurant,and bar were all helpful and smiling.
