i went to the pool, with sauna and steam room, and the gym

wifi could be slightly better but a very small blemish on a very satisfactory overall experience

i had an early check in and the room was good value for money.

fan didn't work in bathroom dust and cobwebs everywhere no space for the rollaway beds for kids fire alarm went off 3 time in our 5 day stay waking us twice at the early hours of the morning

pool is quite small as when the children arrive its really noisy and busy

bar and restaurant downstairs is nice and modern and the staff are very welcoming

great location for what we needed, plenty of parking.

we stayed in a family room, for me and my two kids, and the sofa bed was really big

the wifi was excellent. the room was quiet and had a comfy bed. the staff were friendly.

the food menu was limited and had poor choice, room service was none existant

we needed an early check in and she was able to have our room ready at 8am

wifi connection was fast and accessible everywhere

fabulous spacious room with complimentary mini bar and snacks. breakfast was brilliant too

a big hotel and the swimming area is not good enough , we didn't even get in to see the swimming pool

only wish is that breakfast was less expensive for kids - as a family, if we wanted to eat breakfast there, it would have cost us £72 so we ate
