excellent spa & gym facilities bedrooms where spotless & comfy beds food was excellent

just had trouble logging onto the guest wifi but it wasn t a big issue

was lots of kids at the pool which is fine but should not be in the jacuzzi

kids would prefer better wifi coverage. we generally prefer firm beds.

for personal reasons we requested early check in which was adhered

family - very accomodating when my son rang and asked for an early check in for very personal

the balcony bar is great as you don't have to leave the hotel to have a great night

the late night bar staff was very curt made me feel very unwelcome
