our room had a beautiful free standing bath with a view and my kids adored the 4 poster bed which was extremely comfortable

kids would prefer better wifi coverage. we generally prefer firm beds.

the kids enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed and old school charm

was superb, from the moment we walked in, freindly staff, excellent facilities throughout, & a bar that made you feel very welcome, breakfast has to be a 10/10, once again staff at breakfast

family - very accomodating when my son rang and asked for an early check in for very personal

the late night bar staff was very curt made me feel very unwelcome

for personal reasons we requested early check in which was adhered

i ate a pizza for dinner which was delicious and a beautiful breakfast bar with cook to order food that was piping hot

also looking forward to a swim and there was a kids club in the pool and we would have to be checked out by the time the club was

cleanliness of the room very good and i also used the spa on this visit

for the price the breakfast was cold we had room service

hotel: comfortable and welcoming with a pool and a gym and brilliant restaurant and bar

was made to feel welcome we came for a world ball and the kids 1st experience was amazing hotel staff were

we ended up having to order room service for breakfast to be able to go for a swim with my grand daughters

spa is quite small & there are not enough places around the pool to relax so more sunbeds would have been great

we ended up ordering room service and were charged 7 for a cheese board which constisted of a few grapes, 2 thin lines

bar food was amazing as was breakfast

ordered steak one night on room service and it was unbelievable

it was that the orange, apple juices etc were not kept chilled at breakfast

breakfast was very good with a wide selection to suit all tastes

it was close to the beach and kids play park

could not get a bar meal after 7.30 on august 27 disappointed .

poor, but workable (just) wifi (-)wifi wasn't working. (+)lovely full irish breakfast , really quiet room , free wifi, free parking (-)poor wifi - mostly i couldn t connect and when i did it dropped out after a couple of minutes (+)good wifi. free parking. easy strolling distance to the beach.
