14th february for valentines night which was a friday and next day was a saturday and missed breakfast because we did not realise it was 7 till 9 just thought stopping at 9 on a weekend is a

wifi signal a little weak in my room (broughton) (+)the facilities were almost perfect the wifi speed could ve been a bit better though (-)about the wifi being a tad bit slow did the job but sometimes disconnected and took a while to load (-)free wifi was very poor - unable to get stable signal (+) loads of towels and bathrobe, wifi big tv (-)we had trouble with the wifi in the room. (-)wifi didn't work for most of the stay (-)poor wifi (+) wifi worked very well in my room, enabling me to work effectively (-)wifi was poor and dropped out for long periods. (-)no wifi signal in room

ev charging in carpark was a bonus

due to our late check in we didn't bother asking for extra as wed bought own towels and kids just wanted to get to

awful breakfast which came out of the kitchen in bits and pieces, cold, kept running out not sufficient for number guests

breakfast was yummy too & again great service served with smiles

hotel was good value for money & the spa facilities were excellent

charged us 60 for early check in for us to have to clean our own

the price of the food in the grill bar was slightly cheaper we would have frequented it more

service on second day, no one gave us wifi code and most disappointing that tables were booked in bar area for rugby in tv- surely we should of been advised of

a free upgrade on arrival, hotel gym was like most hotel gyms with a cardio space and some cable machines but it was in lot better
