between the provided breakfast, the barbecues in the courtyard and the room kitchenette with mini cooktop and full sized fridge, microwave & utensils, you can save a lot of

we got few ants around the kitchen area but our room was downstairs and closer to the ocean

pool area was beautiful and so relaxing, but would really have liked to have had some tropical

& spa temperature could have been lower, breakfast buffet could have been richer, food variety could

had to pay for amenities for the pool.

loved the property, hotel and amenities and kids programs were great!

pool is a bit small and dated, and mostly for small kids it seemed.

i did utilize the spa two different days and would rate it 3/5 stars

bar drinks very good as well

for my family with young kids, the kids pool is the most important factor for us and my kids loved the pool and slide and

as the pool is currently under construction and it is not clearly stated that the airport shuttle service that is supposed to be included does not run to the main airport

though i did not have an ocean view i really enjoyed the garden view that overlooked the nearby golf course and had the mountains in the background

great food, super fun kids area, and beautiful location

everything in the room was clean and the room service were great

love that the gym is well equipped

hyatt's staff from check-in, to bell service, room service, and restaurant service was across the board excellent

the hotel and grounds were very nice, kids loved the penguins and birds
