wifi impossibe didnt work

the gym was adequate it could be bigger with more equipment

great size bedrooms very very comfortable loads of parking

lots of walks nearby, playground for the kids within walking distance and some nice local pubs

nice rooms, love the patio from the room, nice surroundings, ceiling fan great for this weather, gym useful, restaurant service great, great selection of food, good price, nothing to complain

on our last day, steve allowed us a late check out at 3pm with no extra charge

the bar happened to have a band playing the night we stayed which was entertaining and didn't hear them

every member of staff were welcoming, polite and nothing was too much trouble, the bar staff when we arrived actually walked us to show us were our room was

we were in a family room which was outside the main hotel and, unfortunately, the free wifi from the hotel didn't reach to where we were staying

noise from the bar area carried to our room but was not too disturbing

spa is a little small , if you want a pool and a jacuzzi it isn t that sort of spa hotel

didn't use the spa so there was nothing i can say about that, but really absolutely nothing at all i didn't like

to find, quaint and tastefully furnished rooms, excellent options for breakfast and fabulous spa treatments

also our spa experience was refreshing and invigorating

great location, spa facilities were great value for money. breakfast was very tasty.

i still found these things positive: - parking in front of the accommodation - bed was comfortable and the room was clean - the room and

relaxing lounge bar

parking on site was easy

the parking was very good, no worries about getting a space

minor roads to the hotel and the parking could be a bit challenging for some but we found it perfectly ok

only drawback were the bar prices but 50 yards away there is a harvester where all the drinks are a lot cheaper ( 1 a (-)drink bar could have more choice (-)not to like, although i was unable to have a hot chocolate at the bar - even though it was listed, i was informed that it was coffee only (+) good overall facilities including tea and coffee, down stairs a sitting area and small bar were you could get a drink, breakfast was good, self service but it was kept clean and plenty (+) the foyer and bar area looked smart (-)not really worthy of the name, food snack bar maybe

like that we had to wait so long to order room service

a couple of hiccups occurred on the room service breakfast but these were rectified quickly by the very attentive team

reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful

i didn't have breakfast too expensive staff were great polite nothing to much trouble

free wifi and all info needed explained well by friendly and helpful staff would stay

the only downside is the parking

nice family room, essentially 2 rooms separated by a door, meant we could put the kids to bed and still stay up with a brew

lovely facilities for a family room, comfortable beds, 2 separate rooms for adults and 2 kids which is a bonus, not a sofa bed in sight

the wifi service needs a bit of boost as it was difficult to connect in the farthest room on the top

they did not have a separate bar to sit and have a drink.
