we enjoyed having the kitchen facility in our room, close to the station and friendly staff.

very friendly, gave us snack bags on arrival and allowed early check in.

they was extremely accommodating regarding early check in and late check out as there was a storm that weekend

we were staying for a wedding and able to do early check in

we had room service since our room was prettier than the dining space

food available at all on christmas eve - not even room service, i had phoned in advance to ask about food and was told bar snacks would be available

asked if this was mandatory and was told that it was to cover any room service requests and

wifi worked fine until around 10pm

everything was good with this hotel no bar great room and liked the seating area outside room

anything from the mini bar was charged at the same rate as the bar

lots of walks nearby, playground for the kids within walking distance and some nice local pubs

our rooms were large and comfortable with excellent beds, tea making facilities, good wifi and everything we needed
