& bar area modern & attractive

no little kids running around loose this time

there were some kids running up and down the hallway.

kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors late at night.

hotels should have a sign, saying, kids must have parents with them at all times

the price of room service seemed quite high compared to similar properties i've stayed at

favorite part was the gym, loved how clean it was, cold water was provided along with cool towels and regular ones as

the staff was nice. the room was very quiet . the room service food was excellent .

restaurant and bar wouldn't pick up the phone, i had to walk downstairs to order food.

the hotel is at a great location walking distance to food plus bar and entertainment is located in the lobby of the

very small, lots of young children unsupervised in pool area/fitness center

the location, how clean the hotel was, the bar on the inside, as well as the room set up

obviously covid had the bar closed but we could get drinks next door at millers.

wish the laundry room and breakfast was available

the coffee was very bad and the breakfast didn't have any fruits.

i had reservations for me and my two kids yet we could only get one blanket and two towels

breakfast provided offered a wide selection of dishes and was truly satisfying

of towels and washcloths -not sure if it’s a resource availability issue (ie not enough or laundry issue) consistent smells of marijuana throughout halls -not everyone smokes and those who

early check in and late check out was accommodated.

it was closed to our grand kids

the bar did not open until 5pm

no breakfast, no swimming pool nor gym working

bar of small soap, no cups, no coffee machine, no water, no working internet

the morning was rude i asked her about breakfast and she said grab n go and 1 per guest but i had kids with me which made me check out sooner but other than that everything was exceptional i love

couldn’t use gym or pool due to corona

everything! clean, comfortable, ice machine, new laundry machines, snack barud83dudc95

i suggested they put families with children on ground floor, kids above us were still up at 2am and again at four

running down hallway 2-3 n morning kids that same night

was awesome, rooms&hotel was very clean, the free laundry couldn't be better,& the free breakfast was satisfying

the kids loved the basketball court as well

we also loved going home with clean laundry thanks to the on site laundry facilities

,pool and the hot tub and exercise room area was very nice , the only inception was the breakfast bar ,the food was excellent butt we had to pay out of my pocket for breakfast

happened to be there while they were cleaning the building so when we were at the pool we listened to generators

i didn't like a guy playing his radio by the pool ...but that wasn't the hotels fault

gym and computer area is always empty, and open to use, i also enjoy them

pool was cold but my son got in for a very short time

the gym was open 24 hours

there was a kitchenette with a sink, a fridge and coffee station, a large sitting area with plenty of seating

gym only had four pieces of equipment

room was a suite which is always nice to have a little extra room when traveling with kids

large gym is across the street

so you want me to drag my kids down when i paid to stay here and each fucking day there should be what you offer every

i did request an early check in but i understood that is not a guaranteed but what made it worst was not only did

dark, super noisy, and no city view at all (just facing a gym)
