i love the pool the surrounds could do with being painted gone a bit shabby

the location, room set up, facilites, especially the gym were all great.

that these were for the “residence” however, they are located right across the hall from the gym that we were allowed to use

at reception were super helpful although slow but the bar staff except one guy , were quite rude

location, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, late check out 12pm, very friendly staff who made it very personable for us

loved the free bar drink! the gin and tea was great. thanks so much for storing our suitcase!

we had put the kids to bed and my husband had man flu so we were hoping to escape it but one of the function rooms

the swimming pool area was great and not busy the couple of times we visited

really a complaint, as a morning person a swim/gym as early as 6 or 7 would be great on the weekend rather than 8am

the staff were accommodating. the room was comfy. the gym and heated pool were fabulous.

have a car park on site and trekking across to the car park was abit stressful and sweaty with kids in tow

i didn't like was that it is a bit of along walk to the toilets form the bar and restaurant

the coctail bar of the hotel was good

requested a late check out and the hotel arranged this for an extra hour free of charge

food was delish from breakfast ,lunch and dinner loved every meal

the spa and jacuzzi area were very relaxing

they could stock the mini bar in the room.

told no, then we were told that the only way we could get food was to go up to our room to order room service which didn't make sense to us

the spa is really nice after a day of hiking
