the spa staff lacked attention to detail of the facility

loved the room with 3 single beds and a double beds for a family of 5. kids had a blast

to get hold of room service on the saturday night and they had a different food allergy listing on their menu,

wifi in the room was poor on the busy hours, not stable

the location, room set up, facilites, especially the gym were all great.

bar was cosy and great atmosphere, food was lovely and complementary drink at bar too

the swimming pool was a real highlight spacious, clean, and relaxing with great jets

face cloth in bathroom no dressing gown to go to pool little things that would have made it top

the whole room was brilliant and one of the best i've stayed in the pool was class and good for kids, the gym was good too

clean and modern. everything in the room worked. lots of good parking
