loved the swimming pool and the staff at the bar were super friendly

from the moment we got to the gates until we left the staff ,premises ,food, ambience ,spa leisure centre all wonderful

the spa staff lacked attention to detail of the facility

the spa and jacuzzi area were very relaxing

and the pool and hamam were a wonderful bonus

food was delish from breakfast ,lunch and dinner loved every meal

loved the room with 3 single beds and a double beds for a family of 5. kids had a blast

to get hold of room service on the saturday night and they had a different food allergy listing on their menu,

wifi in the room was poor on the busy hours, not stable

the location, room set up, facilites, especially the gym were all great.

bar was cosy and great atmosphere, food was lovely and complementary drink at bar too

wasnt much that we didnt like, maybe parking could be a little bit bigger but we understood that the whole hotel was very busy
