the indoors swimming pool was my kids' favourite part of the staying

the bar provides quite a goof variety of food options in case you don´t want to go for the full dinner

hotel would've benifitted from having a bar but it was in a great location so it wasn't essential

there is no facility for making your own drinks, and the snack bar is not manned at all times.

clean and convenient. loved the shuttle to get to an early morning flight.

the included breakfast was huge and begins at 4am as does the free shuttle

pool is off the bar which made it awkward to go through soaking wet with kids

helpful with early check in and printing a covid certificate. staff excellent

obidos and was not sure how to set his sat nav for his journey back home, the reception staff and bar staff, went out of their way to help

when i call to room service the staff was extremely rude. despite this everything was ok.

recommended for short stays for families with kids

bed extremely comfortable. quick room service and food was delicious.

check in staff were great. breakfast was good.... late check out was very nice- 3pm with no fee.

réception staff were not particularly friendly no iron available, there is a (quite expensive) laundry and pressing service there is no

bar on the mezzanine was closed much earlier than the last time we stayed - we had to miss out on

strong wifi anywhere
