room service eg no clean towels during our 3 night stay room a little bit warm and stuffy at times

staff were amazing - especially katie on reception. kids even got an ice lollie checking in

loved the room with 3 single beds and a double beds for a family of 5. kids had a blast

to get hold of room service on the saturday night and they had a different food allergy listing on their menu,

wifi in the room was poor on the busy hours, not stable

the location, room set up, facilites, especially the gym were all great.

bar was cosy and great atmosphere, food was lovely and complementary drink at bar too

there was a free shuttle bus into the town that ran every 30 mins which was a great added bonus
