was with my wife and 2 kids and the block they put us in had an electricity problem

breakfast is good, buffet varies every day. the show performers are great!!

only problem for us was breakfast:

kids club was not working then in the salads, there are small flies that arise from time to time

i was worried about having to find a lounge chair near the pool or beach but there were plenty and all well located

bright modern room i was assigned this time, so comfortable, clean and modern loved loved the sky bar rooftop with a lovely staff like rosa valdez, yennifer, richard, franklin y luis

the first floor bar looked fabulous but we were only there for one night and were with our 3 teenage children

now refined as the bar and restaurant staff has improved, is friendly and the service reaches the level the property

only made it right they went above and beyond and upgraded us to the owner’s suite and included breakfast in our stay
