com we got early check in but had a problem with the room with no wifi in or outside as had with sister hotel so by time sorted we lost the gain of early check in

also, the wifi is intermittent inside the room so you need to be creative where you use your phone to get

pool doesn't have a hot tub which would have been fun for relaxing after a long day of exploring

during our visit the hotel was very busy, the rooms overlook the pool and restaurant and so it was very noisy with children playing in the pool from first thing in

the pool was not clean.

there was access to the gym facilities and the pool facilities

the hotel's pool was unusable as the water was notieable green and dirty

the smell of the elevator. the room was very hot and the pool didn't look well.

i called a few days before my arrival and i was told that the pool was open and when i got to the property, it was not true
