the breakfast was extensive and very tasty

breakfast starts at 8 am but i need to be leaving then so again no problem no fuss or drama just

breakfast was of good quality and plentiful

before in the hotel but this was my first stay in the lodges, in total we had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group all stayed perfectly fine

thing was i would’ve liked to have watched a football match in the bar on tnt sports on sunday afternoon but they didn’t have the channel in the bar

the gym was quite cold, as all the windows were open

place grounds are lovely my kids loves playing there having a run around

kids in the park at half 8 no one took notice of the sign

the swimming pool was amazing!

wifi signal poor and sometimes not working at all.

to ask each day at the reception for the room service

parking a bit tight. get there early.

fact that there was no spa or leisure facilities or the fact that children were let loose around the hotel without

staff where lovely very chatty with ourselves and kids especially staff at breakfast, excellent breakfast selection

they shuttled us to and from the hotel during our visit and provided exceptional service

the gym

course, passed the fota wildlife and through a little fairy forest which was lovely addition for kids to see

she made an exception and allowed us and the kids to have a swim the food was amazing

the only fault was i couldn t get the room service to work on the tablet, otherwise it was all

very clean nice staff lovely fresh breakfast. kids really enjoyed the pool. deff stay again

gym is well equipped. breakfast is delicious. perfect location.

location, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, late check out 12pm, very friendly staff who made it very personable for us

at reception were super helpful although slow but the bar staff except one guy , were quite rude

hotel is in a good location and clean. the gym was good for a hotel gym.

closeness to the center and buses, the bed, the long breakfast hours, the gym and the friendly

the room the friendly attitude of the staff the spa cleanliness in general.

the swimming pool area was great and not busy the couple of times we visited

was very spacious and clean with comfy beds and great facilities at the hotel: pool, gym and sauna and steamroom

parking was not too far away but it's still 2 blocks away, so with luggage and small kids it's not ideal

have a car park on site and trekking across to the car park was abit stressful and sweaty with kids in tow

very central and accessible. room ready early albeit we did pay for early check in.

breakfast price was extrordinary also - for this reason we strolled onto washington street for half

they could stock the mini bar in the room.

from the moment we got to the gates until we left the staff ,premises ,food, ambience ,spa leisure centre all wonderful

attractive and comfortable with full gym and spa facilities

we loved the orangery bar in the garden and the breakfast served to the table instead of a dreaded buffet was excellent

hotel is modern, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is lovely and delicious

breakfast was not included, which suits us because we don't each much in the morning, and we had a

services such as room service was very poor. parking was haphazard tv channels limited

didnt book breakfast as i found it too expensive for a family , especially with kids who would not eat a lot

distance from castletroy studio, swimming pool and sauna. nice restaurant with live music.

cleaning staff repeatedly knocking on our door despite us telling them we had late check out.

and waiting staff so helpful and friendly, reception staff so helpful, pool was great for kids

price even though i had voucher did get it free after telling at reception but they still charged room service

spa staff could have provided a better service eg let us know when they were leaving

ease of check in and savoy bar was great including the food

the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional and not particularly warm or friendly

highly recommended for any type of stay: family with kids

all staff were friendly and extremely helpful from front desk , house keeping , room service, they seem to run a great team and they added to my great stay

was very nice, pool was clean, lobby was comfortable to sit and watch people, and the room was

playground and little fairy fort for kids and pool and spa for parents

tea and coffee making facilities in the room were good and free wifi throughout

the ev charger was a definite plus
