the tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and most of all the staff, everyone was was friendly

i loved being able to take the free shuttle to visit old san juan, the beach and tmobile district without needing an uber

to cruise terminal good location close to the casino and just a short 75 cent bus ride to old san juan

we were able to flag a man walking by with laundry cart, and he said he didn't have us listed for the night

it was bolted down in the lobby in the laundry room

they need a better game room for the kids. in the basement is not ideal.

in the $50 a day resort fee - but other than that it was a great place to stay - the rule of no kids in the adult only pool by the swim up bar should be enforced by staff
