we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

free monkey boat tour in the morning, there are free kayaks to use on the beautiful lake and the breakfast is just delicious

noise of kitchen fan heard at the pool. included breakfast should be richer

we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was all delicious with beautiful views

service is good, we enjoyed room service

the rooms are of a high standard and the restaurant and bar are excellent

if you are leaving early to go to tikal, they pack small breakfast boxes to go

breakfast and dinner are provided and very good pool was cleaned daily

small thing, but could do with more hooks / spaces to dry wet clothes given there is a lake and a pool to swim in

the room was super comfortable, and the food for dinner and breakfast delicious

deep gravel parking lot that made it impossible for my motorcycle and resulted in it falling over

it is a 5 min walk from the laundry shop, and within a 5 min walk from many great cafes and restaurants

it provides free parking and very decent wifi

private parking was a bonus. staff were very helpful and efficient.

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

wifi is a bit hit and miss

the wifi didn't work properly on my computer/phone

wifi wasn't that great at times and i brought it to their attention, but it seems they did not do

first 2 nights we were in a room that had very poor wifi connection

the staff was helpful - they received our laundry for us when it was delivered and held onto it until we returned from our day trip to tikal
