breakfasts were very english, no local juices (orange and grapefruit) neither of which grow locally

it has huge grounds spread over 2 main areas - lobby, restaurant and bar on the hill overlooking the harbour and then by the beach are rooms, casual restaurant, water

breakfast staff could be more attentive to guests

is split between two locations, separated by some of the harbour water (admirals inn and boom bar and restaurant) there is a spectacular secluded beach at gallion's bay most quickly arrived at (-)food and bar is very expensive and although a small discount is offered for guests it isn't really (+) the boom restaurant, a short boat ride away, with its swimming pool, is excellent, as is the bar and restaurant in the main hotel (-)from the bar into our room (which was above the bar) was loud sometimes in the evening but luckily we (+) the main hotel has been beautifully restored and has an excellent bar and dockside dining

in busy times essential to book sunbed and table for lunch as pool area and restaurant open to non-residents and very popular

our daughter sophia was made to feel super special everyday we stayed by the pool @ boom

thing we didn t like was that the pool and bar closed at 18

at pool bar very friendly, but completely forgot our order on 2 separate occasions and forgot our

small mini kitchen

next door to the sports bar and

laundry was quite costly

was fine for me but it can be noisy on a saturday night as there is busy bar across the street

and the design of the rooms are great with two floors, two balconies, spacious, modern and a kitchen for convenience

the resort also provides a secure parking to their clients

lovely pool

taints the rest of the well-kept hotel grounds and buildings; it would have been nice to have poolside service for drinks/snacks

the staff i think made the trip, they were really friendly - everyone from the parking attendant to the waitress at breakfast was warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

didn't bother us but some might find noise from bar at night irritating.

our villa was spacious and near to the main pool and bar - perfect

everywhere, main pool ought to be lit up in the evening to create better ambiance in the bar area, evening entertainment was much better on dj nights rather than live

way of eating any meals at breakfast or evening outside as they now close all the windows and shutters making it feel a bit

the beach is very pleasant as is the main pool area and the staff extremely courteous

gym was in poor condition with some equipment out of order, no dumbbells and no ice machine

liked the lunch and dinner menu, the kids club and the activities they have planned out for the guests

love the beach, pool and activities.

the only spa option was massage - doesn't really work as a

pool closed early, not many in resort activity.

the prices were excellent, the location was great, and the beach and pool was really nice

not only was the hotel, garden and pool absolutely stunning (very true to pics), but the management and staff were amazing

people/staff are the absolute best - waitresses, bar staff, maids, reception staff - manager rosanna went out of her way when we were caught up in

the gym was well equipped & a good sized swimming pool which was secluded & shaded is ideal if you

wifi was much better than expected

the pool was a nice added feature

parking was free and plentiful, if you rent a car

water wouldnt flow in the kitchenette sink or in the bathroom sink
