if you love big chain resorts this isn’t for you but an adults only hacienda style with good food, service and cleanliness

were fantastic, could not do enough - location and sitting area at bar were heaven - amazing

dining options within walking distance if you are used to walking a bit, and a restaurant and bar on site

beautiful beach bar is right there by the hotel

the room was cute and appeared to be quite modern, it also has a nice little kitchenette which was useful along with a microwave and refrigerator

smoking area make rooms more sound proof- could hear my neighbor’s dental routine path to gym/spa needs to be better maintained- deep puddles of water when it rains n difficulty

reported vomit in the gym for 2 days in a row without anyone cleaning it.

the food was very good with an excellent selection at breakfast every morning

pool is cold

the buffet both breakfast and dinner was absolutely terrible

breakfast was great, there was a variety to choose from

you might want to wait for the buggies to carry you around and get a room closer to the main bar/pool area

restaurants / no kids pool / kids club only accept potty trained kids / needs renovation / majority of the staff

didn't bother us but some might find noise from bar at night irritating.

plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area - try catherine's cafe

straight opposite was a little beach and the hotel pool which were never too crowded and always had some shade

great rooms and pool. restaurant was excellent. location perfect for english harbour.

the resort also provides a secure parking to their clients

the kitchen burners need to be upgraded so that we could actually cook on them

bed was comfy, kitchen was well equipped and bathroom nice a roomy

pigeon beach is only 700m walk away which is excellent with a choice a beach bar and beachside restuarant at each end

in busy times essential to book sunbed and table for lunch as pool area and restaurant open to non-residents and very popular

no fridge, no tea/coffee and no room service, lacked a full length mirror and the hanging rail was so cheap it fell to bits

free parking: if you're driving, park in the lot directly in front of the hotel

but you are closer go the pool and a very different feel- good for kids on gunpowder (except when people came in off boats with small children and dominated pool - one guy training kids for triathlon (+) a lot of kids so just fyi at times in the pool

the breakfast staff spent more time talking amongst themselves than looking after the guests
