pool is a good size and cleaned every morning

husband and i asked for an early check in on june 21st and couldn't get out room until 4:30 pm

it is in heart of action of dewey beach so families w small kids need to know dewey is happening til late

were several rooms of college aged kids all partying together until late at night and then again in the morning

nothing they can control but just keep in mind if traveling with kids

the whole situation and of course, the pool on the premises

love everything… the view, sunset, steps to water, amenities, very friendly staff, rooms has kitchen, perfect family getaway… pet friendly and my kids absolutely love being in there

there was a great pool

kitchen stove very outdated and burners were mislabeled

the room also has a private balcony that over looked the pool/bay

property was very clean. the kids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach.

my dogs were able to come along for a pet fee rooms were spacious however i do wish we had an option for a balcony but due to having pets

bed is really comfortable, breakfast was ok, and the fact that we can walk to the beach

especially enjoyed the heated pool and convince of the provision of beach chairs

shower fixtures loose, pool too cold (not heated so not their fault just the weather)

nothing stands out at this time but in the summer this room right off the pool could be a problem for some who want a bit more privacy
