i loved that there was a full kitchen and washer & dryer in the room!

apartment style living, has a kitchen, washer/dryer, living room. was very comfortable

, everything i needed was there , ( kitchen ready to sit and have my lunch , the pod to make my laundry and the liquid soap i could use as bubblebath in my bath ect

we loved that this place had laundry facilities right in the room. super cute place.

first told to park truck somewhere on street, however ford truck was (easily) able to

noisy kids in corridor early in the morning

location and grounds. access to the golf course. multiple restaurants. accepted dogs.

highlight was morning swim on outdoor pool floating overlooking the mountains with the steam rising from warm pool

the kids get to enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools

tv was having issues so they discounted our room service

we were unfortunate enough to be in a room beside a family with loud kids

spa room was very nice - sauna, steam room, hot tub

need bigger pool

size of the room was perfect for my family of 5, lots of space to move around even with the kids

the room with the loft was convenient for my family of 4 with the kids getting their own beds and the adults having their own space in the loft

and people start leaving rooms at 5-6am - so it’s not great for medium to light sleepers or kids who may wake up

i consider this place is not a good option for families with kids

rooftop bar pretty basic. room and location awesome. appreciated the free parking also!

spa area was a little tired and the social area didn’t feel very social

removed and cleaned which to me meant that someone could still get hurt, especially if there were kids in the room

the lodge was beautiful and the rooms very spacious, comfortable and clean

great to get access to the spa room at their sister hotel

- pillows were very soft - laundry facilities were not in the hotel but actually in the banff park lodge across the road and

very good to be able to use the spa facilities in the hotel next door for free

hour shuttle service to downtown are not enough

they need an ice machine. you can get it from the bar but it’s not 24 hours.

received complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and spectacular mountain views at the bar for the inconvenience

shuttle to town worked well

it would be nice if there was a microwave in the unit. wish there a bigger/more jacuzzi pool.
