when i was in room 105 i suffered from noise at the lobby and from the kitchen.

there are very limited food options for kids, and from thursday to sunday, the noise from nearby clubs made it really hard to sleep

walls were thin so could basically hear our neighbors talk and kids running around and yelling.

room 109 on ground level literally shared a wall with the kitchen so i woke up to the breakfast being prepared at 5 am

is partially below ground level and had a strong smell of dryers due to it's proximity to the laundry

on check-in there was a large queue of people so the staff from the bar came round to offer complimentary drinks and comforted everyone as best as they could

the check-in desk was very patient and lovely given the circumstances and i was able to secure a late check out free of charge to give us more time to recuperate

liked the choice of the restaurant or bar for breakfast and the cocktails in the evening were appreciated
