we had drinks in the lovely lobby bar before heading downstairs to the batson for dinner

beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, friendly staff (❤️ tina), amazing lobby and bar with live music, rooftop heated pool, batson river on-site… always exceeds expectations

the gym experience is fantastic glad that is included in the hotel stay

was a bit noisy having a room just above the bar & the restaurant staff did not seem to be that

my kids loved the pool, which was in a giant pool house

was quite noisy but there was a soccer tournament in town so lots of excited kids

suite was perfect for my husband and 4 kids

is a place i would take my kids and girlfriend to over and over

we loved the location and the heated pool

very comfortable beds and a great shower. also the kitchen was a great help with the kids.

only complaints would be that the wifi was a bit spotty (maybe too many people on it (-)the only problem we had was with the wifi (+) the first night we had a problem with the wifi and shannon was amazing (-) the wifi was not dependable (-)wifi connection was a little slow (-)very loud music from near by locations until at least midnight. wifi and cable spotty at best (-)had some difficulty with the wifi and since the tv was roku we didn t have any (-)wifi was very spotty, the shower curtain didn t fully close leaving the floor to get wet every (-)wifi could have been better . parking was an issue . (-) wifi didn't work

the parking was difficult and it was noisy when the bar next door let out.

the staff first of all was phenomenal, i was greeted personally and shown around the facility, parking and the room

i liked the courtesy of the staff,everything was very clean and ilked the pool warm and clean.
