the kids above us were up running around until 2 am in the morning and there were several inebriated
was 11am we asked if we could have late checkout for here room only (we had 2 rooms 4 adults 2 kids) they gave us until 1130 they if she was a min after they would charge extra

are comfortable, beds are comfortable, great location to downtown shopping, dining, bars and casino

(+)nice work out room and pool (+) pool and hot tub were great (+) hot tub and pool was a great way to cap off the night (+) we were glad to see 2 lifts, one for the pool and one for the hot tub (*)pool was nice. i don t know why they charged an extra 25$. (+)rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the pool area was well kept (-)pool area opens early which i think was the cause of some early morning noise that there would not (-) even though the area had been 'opened with restrictions' the pool (probably the cleanest, most sanitary environment around) was still closed (+)i liked the location and that the pool was open.

the walk to the pool was long.
pool was too cold, temperature in the pool area was cold and the hot tub was not warm
stay here at grand traverse resort and spa was amazing
spa is a little pricey
appreciated the shuttle to the casino
