pool was not warm enough for my taste

location , food , atmosphere, view , people, spa , pool , every thing

the room had a massive office/closet, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms

bed, cheap scratchy sheets poor late night dining options outdated literature in room exorbitant pet fee, with advertised amenities not provided

we decided to make our own drinks since the bar had closed but there was no ice to be found

late check out was easy to arrange

good location for vail or beaver creek; good bus service to beaver creek in ski season; good breakfast included; wsj and local paper

although not needed, there was a laundry facility down the hall from room

no breakfast, no gym. nice staff

our kids loved swimming in the heated pools after a day of skiing

had a fantastic time enjoying our porch, the heated pool, jacuzzi’s, live music, fire pit and s’more making

lots of kids. breakfast and lunch were very expensive and average in portions and quality.

self service breakfast was great and we especially liked the shuttle service to the closest ski resorts

is amazing, but at a $1000 a night the staff should be more accomodating, there should be 24 hour room service, and the hot tub should work

the gym had new, nice equipment, free weights, mats, kettle bells and balls

however, during our visit, it was evident that some members of the room service staff were unwell, exhibiting obvious symptoms of flu or possibly covid-19

every question was answered- we like the unit we stayed we love the bed - very comfy we love the pool-

however, they had clean comfortable rooms with a pool and decent breakfast, which was everything my kids hoped for
