entertainment things advertised water park, pool, hottub, game room, kids activities were closed had been for 4 years

my kids had fun at the water park but the water was somewhat cold and it’s very small

the water park was closed and we didn’t find out until we got there, cue 4 very upset kids

the water park wasn t open. the rest of the hotel was like half way through renovations.

waffle machine was broke orange apple juice machine broke jacuzzi was surrounded by ants water park was closed the place is under renovation not noted anywhere online but noted when u get

the staff was super friendly and there was even a complimentary shuttle to transport us to the downtown area

we took the shuttle too and from town which was nice because you just call when you are ready and they come get

the ladies at the spa were super friendly & informative & the coffee shop had amazing staff, as well

staff, shuttle, restaurant, location.

i loved the view, the pool and hot tub was amazing..
