restaurant was bad, the pool outside our room wasn’t maintained enough and there were always kids in the adults only

facilities, friendly staff, had a small surprise zoo inside which was neat for kids/families to see the animals

we were especially impressed by the kids’ entertainment program — it is truly at the highest level

room service was suppose to be apart of the upgrade as well but again we were told we had to pay

felt crowded everywhere, the pool lounge beds were always full - people would wake up early to save them with a towel and then

bigger pool, but that is just dreamland

the mini frig with honour bar was a nice touch

plus, there is some kind of arrangement with the nearby water park, for discounted admissions, that i didn't have time to explore

was a bit odd for my kind of travel but i was meeting friends at splash water park which was also

free access to water park
