owner was very nice and even helped me park my uhaul/ trailer in about 30 degree

parking was super convenient right in front of my room, which was perfect for myself and my 2

was a traditional motel but had a secluded parking and doors to the rooms

the building and parking lot are well lit

easy access - lots of parking (i was pulling a u-haul trailer).
