swimming pool was inviting and clean, the fitness & laundry rooms were a nice touch and the whole facility was nice and clean

and we're accommodating at finding us a room that had a view of where we parked it

asked for an extra blanket at the office and was told to go to the laundry room and ask, but never found a single housekeeper despite carts being literally everywhere
