i have two kids- wouldn't stay here again because of cleanliness, lack of service, and relative cost when

partiers above with kids jumping and running in the hallways

there's a nice small gym and business facility, as well as bar and small shop

enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendly staff but there breakfast by far has been the best we've had when traveling within the states

plenty of fishing, boat rentals there or you can go tubing at the state park - i love the gator den

the hotel is about 10 mins from rainbow springs state park

right next door to the bar and the river. property manager was easy to work with.

we also enjoyed having a drink and snack in the gator den bar - beautiful wood interior with cool gator decor

the adjacent restaurant and bar had excellent food and outdoor seating at very reasonable prices

com bucaneer bay adventure park was not running - not enough staff to open rock climbing wall, paddle

adventure park had very little open for our grandsons

zipline, water park, miniature golf, paddle boats, canoe/kayak etc

we just forgot to let the staff know there were ants in the kitchen of our apartment

we loved the pool, lake and equipment for kids including bucaneer bay !!
