big free car park, gets congested close to the hotel but masses of space at the far end

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

we had tao rooms but was going to a festival so needed early check in

was recommended by beacon park boats

location with good parking facilities

good parking and a happy vibe in the bar

wifi temperamental

has exceptional, space and cleanliness with access from a terrace overlooking the courtyard and bar garden

15 mins from cardiff bay where we then got the boat cruise to visit bute park

was disappointed that the free wifi seemed to think it was from abroad, or maybe had a vpn, so would not let me watch programmes

gym was dirty/dusty and machines tatty.

there are so many amenities that we didn t manage to try such as room service and spa etc since we only stayed the night but in the future we ll definitely be
