(i believe his name was juan), went beyond and above to help us park our truck and trailer

ded touch of prepared snack&water packs for kids (and cookies at reception) was a real bonus, gym and lovely pool, ideal location for access to universal studios, santa monica etc

small dining area, breakfast ended at 930a, not located in a space to walk the dogs off site.

wish there had been some options on what was in the breakfast bags.

breakfast was good too
