one vehicle of their airport shuttle service was working, long waiting times and car with just space for 4 or 5 with luggage

premises were super clean, great views of rideau river. good parking.

weird and noisy - requested for checkout at 12 instead of 11 so was denied the breakfast bag - no room service at all, not even a water bottle - not one bit worth the

room was large, lots of parking for our moving truck.

the room was clean and comfortable, i was happy to get an early check in.

also so appreciated the gym and having a pool although the pool is quite small
