unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using it and the pool facilities

i was able to get an early check in and the pool was very nice

out of the tub even with the curtain closed, causing a potential slip hazard, pancake maker at breakfast kept requiring maintenance to reload and

staff was courteous, friendly and very pleased to help especially during the breakfast hours

was clean, check in was a 2 minute process, and i had plenty of room to park my truck

the wifi is open and in the evening, when lots of guests were on-line, it

i enjoyed the free wifi

they did an early check in for me and that was much appreciated

love, the clean, comfortable, room and great parking spaces.

close to the tourist spots and with a parking just large enough to park our campervan

we walked to and from fisherman’s wharf each day (40 mins via fort mason with 3 kids) really good shower

needs the carpets in the closet and extra space to be vacuumed regularly they were dusty and the kids were playing on them

our kids loved it and we loved having a separate sleeping area from our kids

friends (who were a separate booking) in getting their very large truck parked in the spaces

bike hire and laundry shop combined opposite which was

location, breakfast, quiet rooms, friendly staff, and clean rooms

the breakfast is perfect and the staff is so nice

st , david was very accommodating driving my truck he allowed me to park in a perfect spot , very clean rooms , they go above and beyond in

different location but would definitely stay here again because we felt safe staying here with my kids

the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator which is a bummer when you are traveling with kids

very relieved to have picked this area with two small kids, able to lots on foot

i helped one of my fellow travelers park their large truck, and they were very nice, as was the property

also a must is muir park for the redwoods

the king room was spacey and included a table which was great for meals with the kids

not good with kids who are trying to sleep

we got a room with an extra room, where the kids stayed, and this gave me and my husband some space to wind down with drinks after kids went to

fruit bowl at reception in morning also a help with kids

we could even park our small rv in the parking lot

got early check in at 12:30 pm 4

the people at the reception were nice and allowed for late check out

great spacious room. loved the closet space. very accommodating to our late check out.

very kindly gave us an early check in and provided information about the local area

the allowed me to park my big truck in their temporary parking overnight, since i arrived

building and while our windows were overlooking a gorgeous view of the bay bridge, the screaming kids are a million times worse than the traffic on broadway

even the charming sight and sounds of the little kids playing in their outside day care center's playground visible from outside my 3rd floor room

elevator (old, the door is not safe for kids)

also, there is a daycare right next door so you wake up to the sound of little kids
