clean hotel with great staff and loads of parking for a large trailer

had a room by the pool and it opened at 8 am and little kids and a loud grandma were there at 8 am

very nice and super clean. we got the room with the spa tub

the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good, hot and the staff was great.

a little higher priced than expected but very clean, breakfast was great and staff friendly!

i like that you can park your boat trailer on the property

stayed in building 1, room 213 with the pool, jacuzzi and dock area with kayak rentals and boat rides practically outside my door

was friendly, and they would have allowed us a late check out (one hour later) at no charge if we had needed it

it has adequate parking and is quiet and comfortable

we enjoyed going to homosassa state park which was close for 13 dollars and we had lots to do

laundry facilities were out of order

the bar had nightly entertainment, which was great

the hotel is about 10 mins from rainbow springs state park

plenty of fishing, boat rentals there or you can go tubing at the state park - i love the gator den

tiki bar connected is great with wonderful

outstanding tiki bar with a beautiful river view.

we also enjoyed having a drink and snack in the gator den bar - beautiful wood interior with cool gator decor

i parked as i normally do

me park my truck and small trailer across the street in the cracker barrel

had a small uhaul. had to park on a lot 1/4 mile away.

parking for tractor trailers.

breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly

a ground floor room due to husband's mobility issues and pets but was placed on the second floor
