i like that you can park your boat trailer on the property

was friendly, and they would have allowed us a late check out (one hour later) at no charge if we had needed it

the location was beautiful, the breakfast which was included was very nice indeed, and the onsite tikki bar was exceptional for

it was very clean the staff were very nice breakfast was awesome

very very bright lighted parking as we had a boat

we enjoyed going to homosassa state park which was close for 13 dollars and we had lots to do

it has adequate parking and is quiet and comfortable

pool was very warm

the park is well run and they had good healthy food at the snack bar with lots to choose from low priced

clean hotel with great staff and loads of parking for a large trailer

a little higher priced than expected but very clean, breakfast was great and staff friendly!

the hotel is about 10 mins from rainbow springs state park

plenty of fishing, boat rentals there or you can go tubing at the state park - i love the gator den

tiki bar connected is great with wonderful

outstanding tiki bar with a beautiful river view.

we also enjoyed having a drink and snack in the gator den bar - beautiful wood interior with cool gator decor

was at a good location for me, and the parking lot was big enough to park my truck and trailer

they have laundry facilities and a pool

a king bed room 404 was clean the view of the pool was nice there was a cvs store next to the hotel also a dollar general their was no coffee

keep the smoker's laundry separated

was very nice have good size parking lot was able to park car and trailer in same

not a lot of parking space

were very nice, they accommodated us when needing an early check in

as well as the laundry room convenience, that was a plus

the breakfast is awesome! room was clean!
