fantastic and near beach, beautiful dog park w/ beach for dogs, near fishing and boat docks two separate areas

our family the staff went above and beyond on our needs and the room was top notch clean also the pool was well maintained and cleaned daily

the best but remember that it's for easy cleaning up from you coming back from the beach and the pool speaking of the pool there is another hotel being built behind us so the insulation they use

pool was nice, laundry access, ice, vending machines

across street from monstrous park on the water w/boat ramp,fishing dock,huge dog park and good fishing

needed the pool cleaned daily form leafs but other then that very nice

i could park my boat in the parking lot

ask for towels garbage bags and toilet paper the phone in the room did not work the dryer in the laundry mat took forever to dry clothes and one of them was broken the card swipe for the door to

bathroom had a hole in the wall wife and kids felt uncomfortable showering

better laundry for more people to use.

stay good location great staff nice pool nice room , close to restaurants n shopping …good food close to beach , quite getaway for

the pool was exceptionally clean and enjoyable

the state rv park and beach was very beautiful nominal cost to pay and walk right

and our troubled rv was right across the road at henderson beach state park

the gym facility was nice also

there was coffee available at night and day (although no hot water at night for the kids to have hot chocolate)

breakfast was excellent

we had a place to park our boat, which we loved

it was nice to have free use of laundry machines

in guest laundry room/gym area, every wash machine was out of order except one and every dryer was out of order except 2

enjoyed amenities in room kitchen, gym and location

didn't like that some guests were not quick to get thier laundry out but i know that isn't the hotel staffs fault

parking lot was too small for trucks

large parking area if you have a trailer or motor

great location, very sweet staff, grab and go breakfast

pool not heated and no hot tub.

nice size clean room, pool, large lawn, close to the beach,, great staff.
