being close to a30 and large car park as had a car trailer

great breakfast and dinner

accommodation was very comfortable and fantastic views over the golf course

great facilities, good gym especially and very nicely finished

i also liked the gym facilities and used the gym in the morning before breakfast

they have a little farm shop and a lovely little wooden boat play park for the little ones

nothing to dislike. only a suggestion of smaller portions on food, not just for kids.

we had lunch , dinner and breakfast. all the food was exceptional

the night we stayed local pirate musicians played and were v good - our kids loved them

clean , we had a huge trailer with us but we were still able to park

no room service due to restrictions but replenishment of tea coffee milk and towels are available upon

i liked the back door access to the building which negated the need to walk through the bar on entry

the bar has a lovely atmosphere full of local characters in a truly homely ambience

very accommodating staff and they even made me a packed breakfast as i had to leave very early
