everything great the spa could be better

spa services are very limited and extremely expensive.

charge for wifi service

the swimming pool and gym were a great addition.

i couldn't go to bar with my little tiny dog.

booked hotel specifically because it had a spa tub - did not work for last 4 days of my trip

they closed all the restaurants and room service for a huge groups of people who took over the hotel they

there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we checked in

requested an early check in and got one after speaking to the manager of the front desk

crowded, the pool was inaccessible too many people and kids and noisy , pool bar not very

would love if they offered a free breakfast bar in am

this was not great for my kids who needed a bed

food/room service was available

the gym had no water or towels

wifi would not stay connected
